About Us in Alexandria
Our team is the crew Alexandria residents can call when water ends up where it shouldn't. Flash floods, sewer backups, burst pipes and leaks from upstairs neighbors make up most of our work.
Old buildings need patience
Much of Alexandria was built before modern drywall existed. Plaster on lath, brick party walls and old-growth floorboards behave differently from new materials. They hold water longer and crack if they're dried too fast. We adjust our drying to the building in front of us rather than following one setup for every house.
Shared buildings need clarity
In a condo or apartment, a leak is rarely just your problem. We document each affected unit and common area separately, with photos, a scope and moisture readings, so the owners, the association and the insurers can each see their part.
How we talk to clients
Straight answers, no pressure. If something can be saved, we'll say so. If a repair needs a city permit, we'll tell you before we start. And if a city reimbursement program could help, such as the backflow preventer program, we'll point you to it.
Where we work
Across Alexandria, including Old Town, Old Town North, Del Ray, Rosemont, Seminary Hill, Taylor Run, Eisenhower East and West, Landmark/Van Dorn, Potomac Yard and Arlandria-Chirilagua.
